With over 25 years of experience in real estate, construction, and investment management, Arkadiusz has successfully led major development projects in Poland and the Maldives. His expertise covers the full investment cycle—from land acquisition and project planning to execution and commercialization. He played a key role in the Scuba Spa project, a luxury liveaboard combining diving and wellness experiences, as well as in the development of Mövenpick Resort Maldives, overseeing critical aspects of project execution and management.
